The Quick Pitch Roof Top Tent is a hard-shell tent that fits onto any vehicle. The tent is manufactured from the best quality extruded aluminum with no bolts or pop-rivets the structure to eliminate any potential leaks. Welding the aluminum parts together prolongs the life of the tent. The tent does not use any hinges. The extrusions are designed in a manner where the clamshell panels fit snuggly into each other and swivel within one another. This allows for the weight of the top to be distributed evenly across the width of the tent. The tent itself is manufactured using the highest quality canvas.
 
The Quick Pitch Roof Top Tent has an awning on all sides of the tent to prevent rain and dew from dripping on the tent. It also provides shade to keep the tent cooler inside. The tent takes seconds to setup and supports 85 pounds of additional gear with the included cargo rails on top and mounting bars on the side. There is enough room to store all bedding inside. There also are 12v and USB ports, an interior light and convenient storage bags situated in the tent ceiling. The outside finish is a two-tone powder coating for a great durable look. An anti-slip telescopic ladder is included with a safety bracket that secures the ladder in place. The mattress is 3 inch high density foam with a 5/8-inch insulation layer under it. This same insulation layer is also included in the roof for further comfort.
